Some of our association executives have been in our lobby, witnessing the phone ringing, and our receptionist answering, “Sara Lee Foodservice, how can I help you?” Or, “International Comanche Society, how may I help you?” They immediately realize we are in the service business, and we’re very, very good at managing touch points for ourselves and our clients.

Then, they look at our subscription management center and ask, “Could you do this for us?” As a result, we are a Membership Services Center, as well, for our association clients. We are a fully staffed and automated call center, and our team is poised to help our clients as a back-up service or primary call center. As associations evaluate their services – in terms of those which provide direct value to their members, and those which do not – sometimes this level of support can make a lot of sense.
