We’ve helped our clients guide their editorial message with a variety of tools and media: Readership surveys and expired member surveys via the magazine, via direct mail, and viral e-mail. Sometimes survey results indicate a wholesale change is needed; sometimes just a tweak is needed; and sometimes the message is spot-on. Recently, a survey indicated that an association needed to consider a new magazine, and new services, as an entirely different audience was uncovered in our survey process!
