Account Manager, Client Success Manager - Full Time

Job summary:

This job is a daily client-facing role to help assist our clients in the operation of their business needs and serves as the client liaison for the company. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate via email and phone with clients and internal team members to resolve any questions or issues quickly and courteously. They will strive to form relationships with the client to provide a high level of service and trust. They will work closely with the rest of the client success team and the company to ensure orders are quoted, executed and billed correctly and on time. Strong Microsoft Office skills and problem solving skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for daily client management
  • Work with clients and production to ensure print orders and other client order specs are correct
  • Answer client questions via phone and email
  • Work closely with the rest of the client success team
  • Other duties as required by supervisor.

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at once

  • Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Duties include, but are not limited to: rebate verification, check printing, account reconciliation, monthly reporting, bank reconciliations, misc. accounting tasks. Must be detail oriented, analytical, and possess strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Accounting/Bookkeeping experience necessary.

Miscellaneous Accounting tasks
