Client Fulfillment Manager

Type of position:

Full-time

Job summary:

This job is a daily client-facing role to help assist our clients and their users for orders on their fulfillment site. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate via email and phone with clients and site users to resolve any questions or issues quickly and courteously. They will strive to form relationships with the client to provide a high level of service and trust. They will work closely with the rest of the client success team and warehouse fulfillment team to ensure orders are process and sent to the warehouse correctly and on time. Experience talking with IT departments is preferred but not required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as a main point of contact during new fulfillment onboarding and daily client management
  • Work with clients and site users to fulfill orders and answer questions
  • Process daily orders
  • Answer client questions via phone and email
  • Assist in answering phones and back up the receptionist.
  • Other duties as required by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Abilities Required:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Great Teamwork & problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Superior time management skills
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
  • Attention to detail
  • Frequent computer use at workstation up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
  • Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Marketing Analyst - Full Time

Job summary:

Responsible for studying market conditions to assess the potential sales of products and services. Duties include forecasting and monitoring sales trends, gathering consumer and competitor data, preparing reports for management and utilizing statistical software for data analysis. Potential candidate must have excellent analytical skills, as their duties consist of studying and assessing large amounts of data. Critical thinking and communication skills are also essential for communicating with management regularly to devise solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable
  • Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including surveys and questionnaires
  • Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
  • Conduct research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions
  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results
  • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing and communications strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing department to develop appropriate sales strategies

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Sales Service Executive

Job summary:

VPDCS prides itself in providing surprise-free invoicing at the end of every completed job.  We are looking for a person to join the Sales Service team that would an invoicing specialist.  Beyond that responsibility, we are cross-trained and flexible to support all aspects of our department from purchasing and estimating to the  front desk.

Every day is different; the demands on the team vary.  It is critical that this person be able to work through many interruptions in a fast paced cubical environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Job reconciliation
  • Monthly reporting
  • Annual contract analysis and management
  • Back up for Front Desk (answer a multi-line phone system and route calls, use a paging system, greet and check in/out visitors)
  • Daily support with Estimating
  • Daily support with Purchasing
  • Process inbound mail on a daily basis
  • Must be detail-oriented, an analytical thinker, possess computer skills, multi-task in a fast paced environment and work well on a team
  • Print knowledge beneficial
